Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
For non-custom, original orders:
All U.S. orders require a signature upon delivery. We also offer:
Overnight shipping: Additional fees will apply
Saturday delivery: Additional fees will apply
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email once your order has been placed.
All packages are insured against theft or accidental damage during transit. Once a package is delivered and signed for, Brittani Rose is no longer liable. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Schedule:
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM PST will be processed the same day and shipped within one business day.
Orders placed after 3 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
International Shipping
All international orders will process and ship within 3 business days. Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees are based on the destination country and the item(s) ordered. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees. Duties, taxes, and fees will be collected at checkout when available. No additional fees will be due upon delivery.
All international orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx International.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for:
Original shipping costs
Any import fees incurred
The cost to return the package
These amounts will be deducted from any refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Non-Custom / Original Pieces:
Full refund requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Requests made after 24 hours are eligible for exchange only and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
All returns are subject to a quality inspection, and the original packaging must be intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is damaged or unsaleable.
Custom & Special Orders:
All custom or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
International orders are final sale.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
If you wish to make an exchange or receive store credit, please contact us via email.
We provide a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges and purchases using store credit are final sale.
Note: Excessive return requests may be tracked, and Brittani Rose reserves the right to refuse returns from accounts or individuals with a history of frequent returns.
