Constructed, Not Illustrated

My fine art portraits are not illustrations, prints, or digital renderings.

Each piece is entirely constructed by hand using intricately cut layers of paper. Designed, shaped, and assembled one element at a time.

Rather than working from a single photograph, each portrait is composed from multiple references. Details are selected, cut, and brought together to form a complete and intentional piece.

The result is not a snapshot, but something built to hold more than one moment.
