    3. Custom and Original Art

    • Custom Orders: Each custom portrait is handmade to your specifications. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned after 24 hours of placing your order, exchanged, or refunded after 24 hours of purchase.

    • Original, Non-Custom Art: Returns for a full refund must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests after 24 hours are eligible for exchange only, and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is damaged or unsaleable.

    • Orders are shipped via USPS unless another carrier is requested at the time of purchase.
