  • To create a beautiful and accurate portrait, I require a minimum of three reference photos per person. Please include both close-up and full-profile front-facing photos.

    Guidelines for reference photos:

    • Choose sharp, high-resolution images so I can capture every detail.

    • Individual photos or web links are both acceptable.

    • If a photo is too small or low quality, I may not be able to replicate the details accurately.

    What to include for each person:

    • Three high-resolution photos

    • Clear photo of desired clothing

    How to share your photos:

    1. You will receive an email with access to your private folder, where you can upload all the materials needed to complete your portrait.

    2. Add all reference photos to the designated folder.

    3. The questionnaire, located in your personal folder, must be filled out to proceed.

  • Each portrait is a one-of-a-kind creation, and the completion time varies depending on the complexity, size, and seasonal demand. Projects typically take several days to a few weeks, with more intricate or detailed pieces requiring up to a few months.

    If you have a specific deadline or need an exact time frame, please reach out and I’ll provide a personalized estimate for your order.

  • At checkout, Squarespace supports a variety of secure payment options, including major credit and debit cards, as well as select digital wallets such as Apple Pay and PayPal, depending on your device and location.

    For added flexibility, installment payment options are available at checkout through Afterpay and Klarna. These options allow qualified buyers to divide their purchase into smaller payments over time, subject to the provider’s terms and approval.

  • No, framing is not included at this time. I recommend framing your custom portrait in a shadow box frame to protect it from dust, sunlight, and other environmental factors. Shadow box frames can be found at most craft stores or specialty framing shops.

  • Because each portrait is a custom, handcrafted creation, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order cannot be canceled.

    To cancel, please contact us promptly at brittanirosepaper@gmail.com. We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund.

    What is your return policy for non-custom artwork?

    For original, non-custom pieces:

    • Full refunds are available if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • Requests made after 24 hours are eligible for exchange only, and must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

    • All returns are subject to a quality inspection, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

    • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is damaged or unsaleable.

    Custom & special orders

    • All custom or special orders, including international orders, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the 24-hour window.

    How do I request an exchange?

    To request an exchange:

    2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your piece.

    3. Exchanges and purchases using store credit are final sale.
